Schedule of events and locations at KSC are subject to change.
| 8am | Kentucky Science Center Opens for LRSEF Events |
| 8—9am | LRSEF Student Drop off at corner of 8th & Main St. Sign-In at 745 West Main Street, Classroom Entrance Students go to Galleries on 2nd & 3rd floors to set up projects LRSEF Safety Committee Members review all projects |
| 8:15am | LRSEF Judges enter at 727 West Main, Sign-In on 4th floor Morning Judge Orientation begins on 4th floor |
| 9-11:30am | Morning Judging in Progress on 2nd & 3rd floors |
| 9:30am-3pm | Family/Teacher Lounge Open in Classroom Wing |
| 9:30am-5pm | KSC exhibit halls open at no charge to all LRSEF student & judge families |
| 10:30am-12:15pm | LRSEF Student Lunch served on Lower Level, take steps around pendulum. Students dismissed for lunch as morning judging is complete. |
| 11:45am | Afternoon Judge Sign-In on 4th floor, via Main Elevator |
| 12pm | Afternoon Judge Orientation Begins |
| 12:30-3pm | Afternoon Judging in Progress on 2nd & 3rd floors |
| 3:15pm | Afternoon Judging is complete. Students released as all judging is complete. They may take projects to cars & return for awards or depart for the day. |
| 4-5pm | SENIOR AWARDS CEREMONY Theater, 3rd floor |
| 4:15-5:15pm | JUNIOR AWARDS CEREMONY Riverview Room, 4th floor |
| 5:30pm | LRSEF event concluded. All projects & awards must be removed from KSC. Pre-designated Teachers or Principals must remain to take all unclaimed awards for their students for distribution back at school. No awards will be mailed. |
