Congratulations to Abdullah Al Rawi of Ballard High School, winner of the 2023 LRSEF t-shirt design contest. Abdullah received the most votes among 12 student submissions.
Along with his submission, we asked Abdullah about what sparked his interest in STEM:
“I love all the components of STEM, but mostly Engineering and Mathematics. I have taken an Aerospace Engineering course at my school since my freshman year, and both of my science fair projects from my freshman and sophomore year were in engineering, finishing 4th and 3rd place respectfully in the regional competition.”
