Dear LRSEF 2016 students:
Thank you for registering for LRSEF 2016! In the next five days the LRSEF Scientific Review Committee will review every entry to make sure that all of the paperwork is in order. LRSEF wants every student who has registered to be able to compete and we would hate to disqualify anyone.
Watch for any emails from SRC through your STEM Wizard email system. PLEASE read and respond to their email ASAP. SRC will give every student specific tasks needed to complete the registration process.
Students will have until Wednesday February 24, 2016 by midnight to correct all issues that you have been advised to complete. Please do not put this off, the sooner you correct issues, the sooner your project can be approved.
If you decide to withdraw from LRSEF, please email us ASAP, through Stem Wizard so we can adjust floor plans and judging assignments for LRSEF on Saturday March 5 from 8am-5pm. We do not refund registration fees.
ALL PROJECTS MUST have a Research Plan — this is part of the 1a Form and is required for all projects!
Please Note: We are aware that some of you have experienced “invalid text” error messages for the Research Plan (all or part) and/or the Abstract.
To resolve the software glitch, we ask that you upload the appropriate file under the Files Milestone in the Additional Files area. In the Milestone Tabs (Research or Abstract) for the item you are having the invalid text error message(s) please insert- see attached file. Tip: Do not use quote marks on your text, this causes the problems.
ABSOLUTELY NO HARDCOPIES OF INFORMATION WILL BE ACCEPTED.
