| 8am | Swain Student Activities Center at UofL opens for LRSEF Events |
| 8—9am | LRSEF Students enter Swain Center & Sign-in on 1st Level Students go to Junior or Senior Exhibit Hall on 1st & 2nd Levels to set up projects (Light Breakfast provided) LRSEF Safety Committee Members review all projects |
| 8:15am | LRSEF Judges enter Swain Center & go to 2nd level for Sign-In Morning Judge Orientation begins – Ballroom 2nd level (Coffee and light breakfast provided for Registered Judges) |
| 9-11:30am | Morning Judging in Progress for both Juniors & Seniors |
| 11am-12:15pm | LRSEF Student Lunch – categories of students dismissed for lunch as morning judging is completed. |
| 11:30 am-12pm | Lunch for Registered Judges (AM & PM & Special Awards) |
| 11:45am | Afternoon Judges Sign-In on 2nd level |
| 12pm | Afternoon Judge Orientation Begins—Ballroom 2nd level |
| 12:30-3pm | Afternoon Judging in Progress for both Juniors & Seniors |
| 2-3pm | Public Viewing of Junior & Senior Projects |
| 3pm | Afternoon Judging is completed. Students are released as all judging is complete. Students may take projects to cars & return to awards or depart. |
| 3:30pm | Seating begins for Awards in Ballroom – 2nd level |
| 3:45-5:15pm | JUNIOR & SENIOR AWARDS CEREMONY – Ballroom, 2nd level |
| 5:30pm | LRSEF event concluded. All projects & awards must be removed from UofL’s Swain Student Activities Center. Pre-designated Teachers or Principals must remain for Awards Ceremony and take all unclaimed awards for their students for distribution back at school. No awards will be mailed. |
