All times below are in ET.
| 8:30am | Swain Student Activities Center at UofL opens for LRSEF Events |
| 8:30 —9:30am | LRSEF Students enter SAC West & Sign-in on 1st Level Students go to Junior or Senior Exhibit Hall on 1st & 2nd Levels to set up projects (Light Breakfast provided) LRSEF Safety Committee Members review all projects |
| 8:30 – 9:30am | LRSEF Judges enter SAC West & go to 2nd level for Sign-In Morning Judge Orientation begins at 8:50am – Ballroom 2nd level (Coffee and light breakfast provided for Registered Judges) |
| 9:30am – noon | Morning Judging in Progress for both Juniors & Seniors |
| noon – 1pm | LRSEF Student Lunch – categories of students dismissed for lunch as morning judging is completed. (Lunch is provided to registered students.) |
| 11:30am – 1pm | Lunch for Registered Judges |
| 11:45am | Afternoon Judges Sign-In on 2nd level |
| 12:20pm | Afternoon Judge Orientation Begins—Ballroom 2nd level |
| 1 – 3pm | Afternoon Judging in Progress for both Juniors & Seniors |
| 3pm | Afternoon Judging is completed. Students are released as all judging is complete and may join LRSEF Birthday Party and Awards Ceremony or depart. |
| 3 – 4pm | LRSEF 60th Birthday Party – All Welcome – Ballroom, 2nd level |
| 4-5:30pm | JUNIOR & SENIOR AWARDS CEREMONY – Ballroom, 2nd level |
| 5:30pm | LRSEF event concluded. All projects & awards must be removed from UofL’s Swain Student Activities Center. Pre-designated Teachers or Principals must remain for Awards Ceremony and take all unclaimed awards for their students for distribution back at school. No awards will be mailed. |

Student Drop-off and Parking (See Map Below)
Enter the campus via University Blvd (I-65 Exit 133—both North and South).
Student Drop Off is in the circle in front of Lutz Hall on University Blvd, 8:30 – 9:15 am. EST
Parking is available for $5 cash in the Floyd Street Garage ⭐️. Park on 3rd floor and use Pedway to access West Entrance of Student Activities Center.
Free Parking is available at Manual High School ⭐️ (lot at 1st and Cardinal).
Free Parking for Members of University of Louisville Alumni Club available at 200 East Brandeis Avenue.
Parents can help students set up their projects, but must depart by 9:30 am and can return at 3 pm when judging concludes. Student and parents can stay for the Awards Ceremony at the time, or depart.
