Design the 2025 LRSEF Fair T-Shirt!
This is the third year we’re asking students to help us design the Louisville Regional Science & Engineering Fair (LRSEF) t-shirt! Your design could be chosen as the next official fair t-shirt, which will be given to approximately 350 students who participate in the 2025 Fair on March 1, 2025. The winner will receive a $50 gift card as well as two t-shirts in the size(s) of their choice.

Contest Details
Submission Deadline: Friday, January 10, 2025, 11:59 p.m. EST
Submission Guidelines:
- The 2025 t-shirt will be red.
- The design will appear on the front of the t-shirt and should utilize only one color. You should not use a color that is the same as the t-shirt.
- Designs should not exceed 8.5′′ wide and 14′′ high.
- Your design must be original. By submitting a design, you are guaranteeing that it does not contain any copyrighted material. The use of AI imaging software, such as DALL-E, is prohibited.
- The design must include the event title “Louisville Regional Science & Engineering Fair” (or acronym “LRSEF”) and LRSEF symbol. The artwork should showcase the event as one where students use their creativity to investigate, invent, and innovate. You are encouraged to utilize imagery related to biology, earth science, chemistry, physics, computer science, mathematics, or engineering.
- Submit your entry as a medium resolution file in JPEG, PNG or PDF format. We reserve the right to make adjustments to your design. Hand-drawn entries are welcome, but need to have clean lines to ensure they can be easily digitized.
Voting: The winner will be selected through online voting in mid January. Make sure you are subscribed to our email list and follow us on Facebook and Instagram for voting details!
Eligibility: Students must be in grades 6-12 and live in one of the 59 Kentucky counties served by LRSEF. Each student may submit only one design.
Permission: By submitting your design you agree to grant permission to LRSEF to use your design to promote LRSEF, including but not limited to, on the 2025 Fair T-shirt, on LRSEF social media and in LRSEF newsletters, and on the LRSEF website.
