The Intel ISEF 2019 Grand Awards were announced on May 17, 2019. Team Kentucky, represented by 24 students from across the state, took home 14 total awards. LRSEF alum Savannah Townsley participated in the Louisville Chapter of the Society for Neuroscience’s 29th Annual Neuroscience Day on Friday, April 12. Her project, What a Pain!, received 1st Place Honors in the undergraduate division. She also received award money to further her study and an invitation to receive ongoing mentorship from the UofL Neuroscience Department.
